Privacy Policy

19/10/2026 · Version 1.0

1. Scope and accounts

This policy applies to Secret Word by Deep-Code. Firebase Authentication identifies players, including guests, using an internal user ID (UID). When you link an account, authentication services process email, name and credentials according to the sign-in method. Account identity may be shared across Deep-Code games; Secret Word progress and balances belong to this game.

2. Gameplay and storage

To operate the game we store account and session identifiers, levels, guesses, submitted letters and words, timestamps, results, progress, coin balances, hints, reveals and reward operations. Preferences and cache are stored on your device. Do not submit personal information in guesses or nicknames. This version of Secret Word does not offer a public leaderboard.

3. Advertising and purchases

We use Google AdMob for banners, interstitials and rewarded videos. Google may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, technical information, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices, including approximate location inferred from IP addresses. Consent flows and advertising privacy options are shown when applicable. Where available, Google Play processes coin purchases. Our server receives product, purchase token and status, an obfuscated account identifier and records required to validate and credit purchases. We do not receive full card details. Coins are virtual resources with no cash withdrawal or conversion. Our own push and analytics features are disabled in this version.

4. Purposes, providers and security

We process data to authenticate players, deliver gameplay, save progress, validate purchases and rewards, show advertising, handle requests and prevent fraud. Providers include Google/Firebase/AdMob/Google Play and AWS infrastructure with MySQL. Providers may process data in other countries and handle network and diagnostic metadata. Authentication, access controls, App Check and server checks help protect the service; no system guarantees absolute security. Cloudflare hosting may process website access metadata; this page does not embed game ads.

5. Retention, deletion and rights

We retain data as needed for functionality, progress recovery, security and applicable obligations; there is no single automatic deletion period. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete server data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify account ownership; never send passwords, purchase tokens or card details. Because accounts are shared, global deletion may affect other associated games; its scope must be explained before confirmation. Legal, fraud prevention and transaction records, and backups subject to operational cycles, may require retention; support must explain applicable exceptions and timeframes. Deletion does not request a Google Play refund.

6. Audience, contact and updates

Secret Word is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. Contact developer@deepcode-tech.com for privacy questions and requests. We will update this policy for material changes and handle consent where required. Version 1.0, updated October 19, 2026.
